Yes, everything at the closing went very well. In fact, it went so smoothely that I was a little amazed. We walked in and out of the title company in about 30 minutes with no problems whatsoever :)

Closing went fine, thanks. There was a problem with the old heloc, the loan hadn't been recorded. I had to pay for that and am now pursuing a refund from the original mortgage company. Other than that everything went very well, thanks very much for your help!
